Now we head inside. You will notice all rooms on the
main floor are completely trimmed with crown moulding!

Breakfast nook with Bay window
The breakfast nook connects the family room to the kitchen.
We replaced the linoleum with new 12" X 12" tile.
The formal dining room is on the opposite side of the kitchen.
The formal living room, with bay window, is just off the formal dining room.
Perfect for relaxing after a delicious meal.
We, also, refinished the stairs leading to the bedrooms.
The box newel and handrail are stained Red Oak.
The balusters are solid iron finished in Oil Rubbed Bronze!
We will now go upstairs.
First to the Master bedroom!
The Master Bath
2nd Bedroom at the front of the house.
3rd Bedroom with a great view of the backyard.
The guest bathroom is located in the hallway upstairs
just outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
Back downstairs we get to the basement.
The basement covers half the underside
of the house and is quite large.
The garage covers the rest of the underside
of the house and is very roomy.
Now we will go back outside and I'll show you the wrap-around porch!
This will take several pictures and you will see why
we LOVE the wrap-around porch!
The backyard is large and spaceous. It is level with a slight grade
in order to drain rainfall. It is perfect for playing and lawn games!
