We'll miss our home but... its time to sell!

So we hear the market is bad for sellers. Well, it is time for us to sell anyways.

This was our first home and we love it very much. We even got married in the backyard!

My grandmother passed away and we are living in her house. It cuts our commutes to work in half (gas $) and since the house is paid for, it just made sense for us to move. Even though we are sad to let our first home go, I know it will be perfect for another family to make memories in.

We lived there for two years, then a friend stayed there for us while it was on the market until she bought her own home. Now here we are, SELL SELL SELL!

We listed with an agent for 6 months but were very unhappy with their service so we are giving it a go on our own. Without their comission we can lower the price!

We will be upfront and honest with any potential buyers to get the process going. We are not interested in playing any games. We are not desperate to sell, so we are not wanting to take a loss. We want to offer a great deal on a fantastic house.

We cannot compete with the foreclosures in the area. However, we can insure that the house has been taken care of, and that we will close the deal significantly faster than a foreclosure would be able to.

This is a great price for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. It has a very open floor plan which has been great for family togetherness and entertaining.

The breakfast nook connects the family room to the kitchen.

We replaced the linoleum with new 12" X 12" tile.

The formal dining room is on the opposite side of the kitchen.

The formal living room, with bay window, is just off the formal dining room.

Perfect for relaxing after a delicious meal.

We, also, refinished the stairs leading to the bedrooms. 

The box newel and handrail are stained Red Oak.

The balusters are solid iron finished in Oil Rubbed Bronze!

The guest bathroom is located in the hallway upstairs

just outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.

Back downstairs we get to the basement.

The basement covers half the underside

 of the house and is quite large.

The garage covers the rest of the underside

of the house and is very roomy.

we LOVE the wrap-around porch!

The backyard is large and spaceous.  It is level with a slight grade

in order to drain rainfall.  It is perfect for playing and lawn games!
